Hi, I’m Megan.
I believe you deserve relief from the constant ups and downs of infertility, and as someone who has been through fertility treatments and loss — I get it. I specialize in helping women navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, and the emotional toll of reproductive trauma. Through EMDR and expressive modalities we’ll gently help you to move through what’s keeping you stuck so you can feel more confident in your decisions and less overwhelmed.

You may feel like you’re constantly replaying moments in your head, telling yourself stories about how you’re not good enough to be a mother, or just in a loop of obsessions and feeling like you need to do everything perfectly. EMDR helps to get to the root of what you’re feeling and get your mind and your body on the same page. We’ll help your body feel safe so you can move forward with more confidence while removing emotional blocks that may be contributing to your pain and stress.

Infertility and pregnancy loss is filled with emotions that not everyone can understand and so many different layers of grief. You feel stuck and alone, you’ve lost experiences, time, put jobs and financial decisions on hold, and had to let go of some of your dreams for the future; but we can work through some of these emotions and help you to come to a place of peace.

The rollercoaster of disappointment and hope is exhausting in a way that is hard to explain. Because I speak the same language of all things TTC and fertility treatment we can find ways to help those ups and downs feel less overwhelming, find language to advocate for yourself, explore how this is impacting relationships, and to help you feel seen on your journey without having to stop and explain what everything means.
